The show is based on the popular Shark Tank USA show of the same name. The second season of Shark Tank India has begun, and the pitches have begun. The show is based on the popular Shark Tank USA show of the same name. It began its debut season in December of last year.

Aside from Namita and Vineeta, previous season sharks Aman Gupta and Anupam Mittal, as well as new shark Amit Jain, are also on the panel this season. In the most recent season, Lenskart’s Piyush Bansal and Shadi.com’s Anupam Mittal argue about investing in Vineet Saraiwala’s Atypical Advantage. Peyush intended to do a solo deal, however Anupam wanted Peyush to join him in a joint agreement with Namita and Aman.

So this is what happened:

Vineet Saraiwala, the founder of Atypical Advantage, makes a presentation for his business. His company provides disabled persons with employment options. He claims that his company is India’s largest inclusive forum for disabled people. Vineet is crippled and suffers from Retinitis Pigmentosa, a disorder that causes him to lose his vision over time.

When asked how he got the concept for the company, he stated it started during the Covid lockdown, when he was getting CVs for jobs from his neighborhood. He stated that he quit his previous job and began his corporate experience with Atypical Advantage.

Vineet states that the reason for creating this platform is that the top job-creating enterprises are inaccessible to the disabled. He claims that the company with which he has a contract pays him a monthly retainer package that includes disability sensitization, post-placement, job mapping, consulting, interview scheduling, and sign language support.

In terms of revenue, the company gets around Rs. 8 lakhs every month. He stated that, in addition to monthly subscriptions, the company also provides placement feed.

According to him, the platform features over 1000 inclusive artworks, 500 performing artists, 140 artists to commission, and a focus on inclusive hiring. He requests sharks for 30 lakhs in exchange for 1% equity.

Anupam, Aman, and Namita offer him 30 lakh for 4 percent stock after hearing his pitch.

Peyush claims that his sister, a CA by profession, is also specially abled, hence the cause is personal to him. He does, however, offer him 1 crore for 12% equity on the condition that he be the only one to invest and would like to have a seat at the table. Piyush explained his reasoning by stating that Vinnet has a large number of consultants on board.

Anupam, on the other hand, tries to persuade Vineet that he is knowledgeable with classified platforms. Vineet tries to entice all of the sharks with an offer of 45 lakhs from Peyusha and Anupam and 15 lakhs from Aman and Namita.

Peyush, on the other hand, is insistent about remaining a lone investor and gives him 1 crore for 10% stock. This irritates Anupam, who tells Vineet, “maybe he (Peyush) wants to deal for some other reasons that he knows best.” “You stated you never make agreements when so many people are involved,” he adds, “but you have done it in the past, so don’t say that.” The two have a disagreement. Later, both sharks decide to go. Vineet later agrees to Aman and Namita’s offer of 30 lakhs in exchange for 3 percent stake.

“Stop acquiring someone’s personality,” Peyush advised.” “So don’t be a Bigg Boss here,” Anupam responds. You simply want to be a hero.”

Later in a tweet, Vineet mentions Anupam and Peyush and writes, “We could have worked out an All Sharks arrangement because for me this is not a corporation but a movement where we want to alter the mindset of this nation with respect to disabilities.”

“I went to Shark Tank not to promote my firm or that group that has been one of the most disadvantaged, but only & only because this cause of livelihood demands that viewpoint that is greater than any of us,” he continued.”

“In fact, my pitch makes it obvious that my ambition is to make our company Atypical Advantage obsolete when we reach a point where everyone has equal access to opportunities. Let us all work together to make the world more inclusive “He put pen to paper.
