Shares of Justdial zoomed 10% and hit an upper circuit at Rs.644.3 per share.

Shares of Justdial hit a 10% upper circuit of Rs.644.3 a piece on Monday’s market after the company reported a threefold jump in its net profit in the third quarter that ended on 31st December 2022.

The internet technology company reported a Multifold jump in its net profit figure in Q3 with consolidated net profit skyrocketing 288.45% YoY and 44.4% sequentially to Rs 75.32 crore in the December quarter.

Company’s net revenue from operations was up by 39.32% to Rs.221.37 crore in Q3 compared to Rs 158.89 crore in the same quarter last year. The total expenses were up by 25.67% at Rs.204.92 crore during the quarter.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the adjusted operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), excluding ESOP expenses, stood at ₹29.4 crore, which was up 194% on year, and 51.1% Quarter-on-Quarter.

For the nine-month period ending on 31st December 2022, Just Dial’s net profit jumped 62.2% Year-on-Year to Rs 79.12 crore and total income rose 19.88% to Rs 679.98 crore.

Justdial also said that the total traffic of unique visitors for the quarter increased by 9.8% to Rs.15.68 crore on a year-on-year basis with 85.5% traffic originating on mobile platforms, 10.9% originating on desktop and PC and 3.6% originating on its voice platform.
