According to iMumz creator Ravi Teja Akondi, the company’s mission is to “empower pregnant mothers to deliver healthy, happy, and intelligent babies through a positive lifestyle.”

Peyush Bansal, CEO of Lenskart and a Shark Tank India judge, has invested in iMumz, a firm that helps pregnant women deliver kids through a healthy lifestyle. Ravi Teja Akondi, the creator of iMumz, announced the investment on LinkedIn.

In a LinkedIn post, Akondi wrote, “Deal pakki hai 🎊 Happy to get one of the most visionary founders Peyush Bansal on our side to take iMumz to greater heights 🔥”

He has been inundated with direct messages (DMs) from thousands of pregnant couples eager to learn how this firm works.

“We help pregnant women follow a good lifestyle,” Akondi stated of iMumz. It is critical for her and her baby’s wellbeing.”

He went on to say that the firm uses Yoga, nutrition, and garbhsanskar trainers to assist one-on-one through daily LIVE lessons. “We don’t provide an app, but we do provide a team on which you can rely,” he continued.

He highlighted the difficulties that pregnant couples encounter, saying that many couples console themselves by believing, ‘this is how it is intended to be,’ and deal/cope with it in some way. “That doesn’t have to be the case as long as iMumz is around,” Akondi remarked.

In season one of Shark Tank India, Bansal invested Rs 8.7 crore on 27 transactions. In the second iteration, he has spent around Rs 9.45 crore in different start-up enterprises up to week six.

iMumz, a pregnancy-focused health-technology business, has secured Rs 2.2 crore (little over $300,000) in a fundraising round led by a few venture capital companies.
