Mumbai-headquartered Oberoi Realty Limited has announced the launch of Three Sixty North, an ultra-luxury residential development spread across 14.8 acres on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 58, Gurugram, marking the company’s first entry into the National Capital Region market.
Project draws inspiration from Mumbai’s Three Sixty West
The master-planned development will eventually comprise seven residential towers, landscaped gardens, a clubhouse and a range of amenities. Phase 1 of the launch offers residences in 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, Duplex and Penthouse configurations, ranging from approximately 5,500 sq ft to over 13,000 sq ft in saleable area, with prices starting from Rs 18 crore onwards, plus applicable taxes.

A defining feature of the project is Club Three Sixty North, which offers spaces for wellness, fitness, recreation and social engagement. The development also includes the Boulevard, a high street with retail, cafés and landscaped plazas.
The company said the project is expected to appeal to entrepreneurs, business leaders, global Indians and homebuyers seeking an address in one of Gurugram’s established luxury residential corridors.
Oberoi Realty has delivered 51 completed projects across Mumbai. It is focused on premium developments in the residential, office space, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure verticals.
