Twitterati reported that the social networking site “Instagram” was unavailable to thousands of users worldwide. According to reports from 9to5Mac, the Meta-owned network is currently experiencing an outage as users worldwide complain about issues with the feed, DMs, and more.

Instagram fell down at about 9.32 am, and according to DownDetector, 66% of the complaints of outages were due to app crashes, 24% were due to server connections, and the remaining 10% had trouble logging in.

After a significant number of users encountered this difficulty, users rushed to Twitter to report it. As a result, the hashtag #instagramdown began to trend and Twitter was inundated with humorous memes.

Although the source of the outage is still unknown, Instagram says they have been attempting to find a solution. It acknowledged that some users were having problems using Instagram and promised to take immediate action to fix the problem.

“We are aware that some users are experiencing access issues with Instagram. We’re working to return everything to normal as soon as we can. I apologize for any inconvenience. Keep it up! #instagramdown, “Twittered was Instagram.

After a short while, it claimed that the social media network had fixed the problem and offered its users its sincere apologies.
