The global leader in automated software testing, Tricentis, announced a new office in Dubai Internet City; it is now joining technology giants such as SAP and Microsoft. According to the company, the decision is meant to accelerate the rollout of its codeless, AI-powered testing solutions in the Middle East. It is in an effort to support local organizations with risk mitigation and digital transformation. Existing customers in the region, such as Alshaya Group and Bank Albilad, will now enjoy enhanced local support.

It focuses on key industry sectors such as oil and gas, utilities, banking, retail, public sector, and telecommunications. In order to fuel growth, the company has implemented a partner-led go-to-market approach. This includes co-operation with SAP, Accenture, Capgemini, DXC Technology, IBM, LTI Mindtree, NTT DATA Business Solutions, and Wipro apart from trusted local partners in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, which include names such as Adree, Q-Pros, TestCrew, and TTC Global.

Leadership Expansion to Support Regional Growth

As part of its regional strategy, Tricentis has appointed Dan Melville as Vice President of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Melville will lead efforts to expand the local team and drive the company’s ambitious plans in the region. Commenting on the Middle East’s rapid shift towards digital transformation, Melville said that efficient software testing plays a critical role in this process. Software testing, if not done correctly, often delays transformation projects,” he said. “CIOs and IT executives in the region are moving away from legacy, manual approaches to ensure high-quality software delivery.”

Melville also highlighted that Tricentis’ no-code design enhances productivity, but also aligns to the region’s “knowledge economy” initiatives through skilling local talent.

Results and Industry Collaboration

A recent IDC white paper highlighted the efficiency of Tricentis’ SAP Application Testing solutions, revealing that organizations achieve an average of 51% reduction in testing cycle times and a three-year ROI of 576%. These findings underline the value of automated software testing in achieving seamless digital operations.

SergiovMaccotta, Senior Vice President, SAP Middle East and Africa-South said, “Testing and quality assurance are two critical areas for business transformation. Solutions provided by Tricentis enable the customers of SAP to automate testing, give higher priority to risky areas, and optimize applications’ performance under real conditions.
