Indian cricketer Virat Kohli denies receiving $1,384,000 per Instagram post, saying the accusations are false.

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli denied accusations from Instagram Rich List 2023 that he receives $1,384,000 each post on the Meta-owned social networking site. ‘News regarding my social media profits are false,’ Kohli remarked on X (previously Twitter).

“While I am grateful and indebted to all that I’ve received in life, the news that has been making the rounds about my social media earnings is not true,” the Indian cricketer stated in a post on X.

Cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Priyanka Chopra are two Indian celebrities whose names were on the Instagram Rich List 2023, which indicates who gets how much money from their Instagram postings.

Virat Kohli is ranked 14th on the list with 255,269,526 Instagram followers and costs $1,384,000 per post on the Meta-owned social networking site, while Priyanka Chopra makes $532,000 each Instagram post. She has 88,538,623 Instagram followers and is ranked 29th.

It is worth noting that this is not their first appearance on the list. Their names were on the Instagram Rich Lists for 2021 and 2019.

Virat Kohli was ranked 23rd in 2021, but he has already risen to 14th this year. He was the highest-ranking Indian on the Hopper Instagram Rich List, receiving $680,000 (more than 5 crore) for each promotional post on the photo-sharing social media network. Cricketer received the most ‘Engaged Account of the Year’ award in 2019.

In addition to Virat Kohli, Priyanka Chopra featured on the list in 2021. In 2021, the acclaimed actress was paid $403,000 (Rs3 crore) for each promotional post on the app. She was at number 27 on the charts.

In 2019, the Bollywood diva became the wealthiest Indian star on Instagram. She even received the title of “Most Followed Account” on the network.
