Microsoft has released four new security, compliance, and identity certificates, with the approved Fundamentals certification available for free to anyone who completes the associated training through this project.

Microsoft announced a cybersecurity skilling initiative today to close the skills gap and prepare India’s workforce for a future in cybersecurity. The program intends to train over 1 lakh people by 2022. The program is meant to give students hands-on experience with security, compliance, and identity principles.

These courses will be delivered by Microsoft in collaboration with its strategic partners Cloud that, Koenig, RPS, and Synergetics Learning. The training modules are designed to help learners at all levels, no matter where they are on their cybersecurity journey.
