Her experience in the  competitive market of real estate allowed garnering invaluable experiences over the years.  Salwa Arfaoui is a Certified International Property Specialist Member at NAR (National  Association of Realtors) in Washington New Jersey, USA. She is also a member of the FIABCI  France and US chapter (The International Real Estate Federation). Salwa Arfaoui has also been  awarded recently, ‘The Most Inspiring Women Expert in Real Estate in UAE’, by her H.E Salma  al Qubaisi Berkeley, Middle East, and her H.E Aarefa al Falahi. 

There cannot be enough  appreciation of the fact that women hold the utmost resilience for career and personal life.  Salwa has remarkably synergized the seamless operations of both professional and personal  development. It is imperative that the optimism that guided Salwa Arfaoui helped her to equally  balance the duties of a homemaker and excel her skills in UAE’s real estate market.

From the early  days of 2012-2013, Salwa navigated every uncertainty that questioned her commitment towards  her job. Salwa Arfaoui graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences in Sousse/Tunisia specializing in English Literature and Civilization. She headed to the field of interpretation and worked with correspondence and reports.  

Talking about the past, she draws some memories of her early career. Her visit to Dubai was by chance and she got drawn toward the region’s real estate industry. Furthermore, Salwa upskilled herself with notable certifications like UAE real estate law and regulations, property management, code of ethics and many others. She wanted to learn international real estate law so I studied CIPS and with excellence from NAR. In 2021, Salwa  Arfaoui went to complete her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Oxnard University, California. 

Her career is defined by long and rewarding working hours,  communicating with clients and assuring her support towards them, considering her growing  knowledge in the real estate sector. In an ever-fluctuating market, Salwa Arfaoui strategized  pathways to address the latest trends. Owing to her leadership brilliance, she mentored a team that evolved into high-performing assets for the company. At every corner of her career, Salwa was inspired with creativity.
