Supply chain automation platform Bizongo has hired Tushar Kamat, former Managing Director of Accenture and CEO of Airtel Business, as Chief Commercial Officer.

Bizongo is developing a B2B e-commerce and supply chain technology platform for packaging, apparel, and other custom products. Digitally transforming the B2B sector of fragmented and chaotic but unique and ubiquitous custom products. The company’s product portfolio focuses on packaging, textiles, apparel, and other contract manufacturing, and has a network of more than 1500 handpicked manufacturers in these categories.

In his new position, Kamat will be responsible for the company’s business strategy, partnerships, marketing, monetization, growth, and global expansion.

Kamat is associated with companies such as SAP, Accenture, Airtel, and TCS. In his most recent role as Head of Field Operations for Indian Business at Automation Anywhere, he achieved mega business growth of around 250% in the Covid era.
