WAlberto Angel Fernandez, president of Argentina, arrived in New Delhi on Friday to take part in the forthcoming G20 Summit, which will take place on September 9–10.

The G20 Virtual Help Desk for real-time traffic information during the G20 Summit was created by Delhi Traffic Police in an effort to guarantee smooth traffic flow on September 9 and 10 and assist commuters in avoiding snarls.

Customers may make round-the-clock payments instantaneously using a Virtual Payment Address (VPA) they generate utilizing the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), a mobile-based rapid payment system in India.

An official stated on Thursday that security has been stepped up in the nation’s capital ahead of the high-profile G20 Summit, which is set to take place this weekend.

She said that all workplaces and educational institutions in the city will be closed from September 8 to September 10 in anticipation of this renowned event. Atishi, a well-known Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member, stated during the news conference that Delhi was prepared to host the foreign delegates for the G20 Summit. 

To commemorate its G20 Presidency, the government will release two commemorative coins. From December 1, 2022, until November 30, 2023, India will occupy the G20 presidency.
