Ajay Singh current director of the Airline company SpiceJet was reappointed on the position by the shareholders on 26th December. Shareholders at the AGM of the Airline company also gave their assent for the adoption of audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

The airline company in a regulatory filing said, “the re-appointment of Singh as a director liable to retire by rotation was cleared by the shareholders with requisite majority.”. As mentioned presently Ajay Singh is the Chairman and MD of the airline.

Airline company SpiceJet on December 23 said, “It continues to explore various options for settlement of its outstanding dues with its creditors to normalize its obligations, subject to compliance with prescribed procedures and receipt of applicable approvals”.
