I’ve always believed that passion is the best business partner. It doesn’t guarantee ease—but it guarantees purpose. MAKE MINE began with a simple idea: to create beauty that feels personal, effortless and full of heart.

In this edition, Business Outreach Magazine had the pleasure of collaborating with a creative visionary who turned a passion into an entrepreneurial journey—simply by listening to her heart.

The Birth of MAKE MINE

Quincy Bagga founded MAKE MINE around 16 months ago with a mission to provide high-quality beauty and fashion products. Judging by the sales numbers, it’s clear that the market has embraced this emerging brand enthusiastically. Since its launch, MAKE MINE has sold over 5,000 units—a remarkable feat for a budding venture in a highly competitive industry.

Leading with a sharp business mind and a heart full of passion, Quincy has defied expectations and carved out a space for her brand. Her leadership has been nothing short of exceptional.

From Passion Project to Brand Powerhouse

Quincy recalls long nights of business planning, financial management, refining product development cycles, building logistics networks and experimenting with product formulas—all with the goal of delivering genuine value to customers who appreciate quality and beauty.

Her entrepreneurial spirit bloomed early on—back in her school days. Quincy started by crafting lip balms as a passion project, experimenting with textures and sending out samples to friends. The positive feedback she received encouraged her to pursue this journey further.

Milestones and Recognition

One of the standout achievements was MAKE MINE becoming the official gifting partner for India SoulFest at Phoenix Marketcity Pune and Phoenix Palladium Mumbai, two of the city’s most dynamic cultural destinations. Their thoughtfully curated products represented homegrown luxury and received overwhelming appreciation.

Despite being a young brand, Quincy Bagga’s exceptional contribution to the beauty industry was recognized with the Bharat Achievers Award 2024—a remarkable achievement just 15 months into MAKE MINE’s journey.

A Transparent and Holistic Beauty Experience

MAKE MINE’s DIY lip gloss-making workshops are a unique way for people to witness the care and craft behind their products—part of what Quincy calls the “MAKE MINE Experience”, where beauty meets transparency, creativity and care. Through these workshops, Quincy aimed to build a close-knit community, foster brand awareness and create a transparent space where customers can see exactly what goes into each product—reinforcing the brand’s commitment to honesty and quality. The brand proudly introduced India’s first Lip Wipes—a revolutionary step in lip care.

A happy customer shared, “Effortless beauty is real—I found it with MAKE MINE. The tint, the lipsticks, the packaging, it’s all luxury.”

In a world filled with fast beauty, MAKE MINE stands out for its effortless beauty, authenticity and transparency.

The Secret to Her Success?

When asked about her success mantra, Quincy Bagga said,

“You don’t need the perfect plan—you just need the passion to begin.”

And behind the scenes, Minvit Bagga Rajpal has been the backbone of MAKE MINE—bringing stunning ideas and thoughtful planning , the brand grows with purpose and vision.
