Two major real estate players in Dubai— DMDC, a leading design and build company, and OCTA Properties, a prominent real estate developer‐ have formed an exciting new strategic partnership to build three luxury villas in Emerald Hills, Dubai Hills Estate.
This partnership brings DMDC’s expertise in high-end design and construction, and OCTA’s wealth of experience in developing and developing marketing for real estate projects, together with the goal to create a new standard for luxury homes in Dubai with projects that are fashionable and elegant yet comfortable and practical.
Three Distinct Villa Designs to Change the Face of Luxury Living
The first development under this partnership will include three ultra-luxury villas with living spaces ranging from 12,000 to 24,000 square feet per villa. One of the villas will be on a very scarce double plot, allowing for a greater living space as well as design possibilities. These villas will be located in a premier patch of Dubai Hills Estate, and their exclusivity will make them some of the highest valued properties in the whole of Dubai.

DMDC will be managing the full design and fit-out of the villas. DMDC prides itself on detailed craftsmanship and quality work and will be creating innovative homes that “look good” but are also “functional”. Each villa will include premium features such as private spas, saunas, cinema rooms, and recreational spaces for socializing and relaxation.
