The 105 Residences project consists of 105 units, which include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, priced from AED 640,000. Directors Mahomed and Tazmeen Kamdar highlighted the company’s commitment to quality and punctuality, which have been guiding principles for the family business for decades.
“We are a family business, and we care deeply about attention to detail. There are plenty of developers across the UAE, but where we believe we stand out is in building properties that last generations and that are delivered on time,” said Mahomed Kamdar.
“Until now, our projects have only been offered to a limited number of private investors. We are glad to present to the open market the same level of quality that they have experienced and enjoyed by private investors thus far,” Tazmeen Kamdar added.
