Rohit Warrier, a Shark Tank India contestant who was rejected by the show’s judges, including BharatPe cofounder founder Ashneer Grover, is now promoting his product at The Hotel Show Dubai 2022.

Warrier, the founder of the oral hygiene brand Sippline, pitched the idea of a drinking shield for glasses and mugs to prevent contamination on the Shart Tank show. However, his suggestion was immediately rejected by the judges, prompting Grover to ask, “Bhai Ye Kya Kar Raha Hai Tu?”

Because Rohit’s Sippline product promotes oral hygiene, the glass has a rim to prevent direct contact of the lips with the glass.

Warrier was unfazed by the Shark Tank jury’s rejection. Instead, he chose to exhibit his company’s product at the Hotel Show Dubai. It is an annual show that takes place at various hotels and hospitality sectors, providing entrepreneurs and suppliers with a platform to showcase their products.

According to Warrier, his product has been well received in Dubai. Rohit stated that he is extremely proud to present an idea curated, visioned, and created in India on global platforms such as The Hotel Dubai 2022.

For those who don’t know, when Warrier pitched his “Glass ka Mask” idea on Shark Tank India, Grover called it “horrible.” No one on Earth, according to Grover, will ever attempt to create such a useless product.

Another Shark Tank judge, Aman Gupta, CMO of boAT, referred to Warrier’s product as “useless.”
