The agreement was signed between Dubai South, a major urban development with a focus on aviation, logistics, and real estate, and BT Holding LLC, based in Dubai, to develop a new gated master community in the Golf District near Al Maktoum International Airport.
HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South signed the agreement, with Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik. Other senior executives who witnessed the signing ceremony included Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town among others.
Features of the New Master Community
This master community will comprise a combination of residential and lifestyle amenities in villas, townhouses, and apartments, with essential services such as educational facilities, hospitals, retail spaces, mosques, and entertainment venues. Designed with many outdoor attractions in green spaces, water features, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, and wide boulevards, the community will present a serene yet vibrant experience.
Future Vision
During his speech, regarding the deal, HE Khalifa Al Zaffin highlighted the aspirations of Dubai South in becoming a future center of hub. He noted that with increasing demand for property within the area, this was seen to be a significant prospect in its development, with the imminent completion of Al Maktoum International Airport. Al Zaffin said Dubai South supports the government’s strategy of attracting 1 million residents and is confident the project would be the new benchmark for luxury community living.
Malik Riaz Hussain, the founder of Bahria Town, also commented on the significance of the partnership. He highlighted Dubai’s rapid growth and global stature as key drivers for the company’s international expansion. Riaz expressed excitement about the project, emphasizing the opportunity to create a forward-thinking and self-sustaining community in Dubai, leveraging the company’s extensive experience in developing large-scale communities across Pakistan.
