He stated that the company’s retail presence is growing and will reach a total of 64 points of sale by year’s end, comprising workshops and showrooms as well as 25 Audi Approved plus showrooms around the country.

According to Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon, the company’s retail footprint is expanding and will reach 64 contact points by the end of 2023, including workshops, showrooms, and 25+ Audi Approved showrooms nationwide.

Furthermore, he mentioned that one in four clients is an Audi repeat customer.

“This tells us that we are on the right path,” Dhillon stated. Naturally, we’ll keep our attention on providing our clients with the best products in the market and delivering the best goods to India.”

According to him, Audi India’s stellar performance from the previous year was sustained by the introduction of new models, a robust portfolio of 17 vehicles, and the greatest customer offerings in the sector.

Expansion of the used car market and future objectives

The brand’s pre-owned vehicle segment, Audi Approved: plus, experienced a 62% rise in 2023.

Dhillon disclosed his intentions to grow and open other used car dealerships this year. In the upcoming year, he also underlined the company’s focus on network growth and digitization.

“We are confident that this momentum will carry into 2024,” Dhillon stated.

Possible disruptions in the supply chain caused by the Red Sea crisis

Dhillon did, however, issue a warning, stating that the ongoing Red Sea crisis might cause supply chain problems for Audi during the March quarter.

Given that ships delivering components to India are anticipated to take longer than usual, this could lead to a decrease in sales.

Notwithstanding these possible obstacles, Audi India is committed to continuing to deliver impressive results, which are bolstered by the introduction of new models and a wide range of 17 vehicles.
