His journey began during his first year at Acropolis Institute, Indore, where he and his college friend and business partner, Er. Rohit Verma, discussed their vision of creating an organization that would bring technical expertise, engineering excellence, and professional management into the construction industry.

Konstruct PEB: A Specialized PEB Brand
At the heart of Konstruct Group’s engineering and industrial construction capabilities is Konstruct PEB, the group’s specialized Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) product and solutions brand.
Konstruct PEB is focused on delivering professionally engineered, efficient, reliable, and scalable PEB solutions for industrial, commercial, warehousing, and infrastructure requirements. The brand brings together structural engineering, modern PEB methodologies, and project execution capabilities to provide clients with solutions designed around quality, speed, and efficiency.
Supporting the Konstruct PEB ecosystem, Konstruct Technofab Pvt. Ltd. primarily focuses on PEB manufacturing, structural steel, and related engineering solutions. This enables Konstruct PEB to provide clients with a more integrated approach, connecting engineering and design with manufacturing, fabrication, and project execution.
Alongside this, Konstruct Buildcon operates in the areas of civil construction, infrastructure, and turnkey construction, complementing the Group’s PEB and structural capabilities.
Together, these verticals allow Konstruct Group to move beyond being a conventional PEB or construction company and work towards providing end-to-end engineering and construction solutions—from design and engineering to manufacturing, civil construction, erection, and final project execution.
Engineering-Led Growth with a Global Vision

The growth journey, however, has not been without challenges. There were times when resources were limited and projects demanded consistency in maintaining the quality and assurance associated with the Konstruct name. Fluctuations in raw-material prices, changing market conditions, manpower availability, and project execution requirements also created challenges.
The group’s growth has also extended beyond India. Konstruct Group has successfully delivered projects in Bhutan, Nepal, Uganda, and Rwanda, giving the organization valuable exposure to international project requirements and markets.
With a vision to establish a stronger global presence, Konstruct Group is actively exploring opportunities across other countries in Asia and Africa, while continuing to strengthen its domestic presence.
