Vadodara-based Viviana Power Tech Limited on July 22, 2026, informed the National Stock Exchange that it has received multiple turnkey contracts worth an aggregate ₹128,34,96,353 (₹128.34 crore) from its existing client, Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL).
News of the fresh work orders coincided with a rally in the counter, with the stock trading at ₹726.10, up ₹21.25 or 3.01% on the day.
Scope covers 11 KV conductor works in Kutch, Rajkot
The regulatory filing said the contract value is inclusive of taxes and covers the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with its accessories and allied items. The work spans multiple 11 KV feeders across various divisions under PGVCL’s Bhuj Circle and Rajkot Rural Circle, and is being executed under the System Improvement (SI) Scheme — a state utility programme aimed at upgrading distribution infrastructure reliability.
Per an annexure accompanying the filing, the order is domestic in nature and is to be executed within 12 months from the date of the Letter of Award.
PGVCL is a repeat client of Viviana
PGVCL, one of four state-owned power distribution utilities in Gujarat, was described in the filing as an “existing client” of Viviana, pointing to a continuing commercial relationship between the two entities on distribution-strengthening projects in the state.
Viviana Power Tech Limited is engaged in EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) projects for power transmission and distribution systems up to 400 KV, with its registered office in Vadodara, Gujarat.
