The Ram Temple will be dedicated over the course of seven days. Prior to the event, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath surveyed Ayodhya.

Consecration of the Ram Temple

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, toured Ayodhya on Tuesday before the dedication ceremony for the Ram Temple.

At the newly opened Maharshi Valmiki International Airport, CM Adityanath touched down. The CM of Uttar Pradesh also said prayers on Tuesday at Hanumangarhi Temple and Ram Mandir’s “garbh griha.”

Ayodhya’s Hanumangarhi Laddu, meanwhile, registered on Tuesday for a GI tag.

The projected Saket tent city was examined by district officials in advance of the Chief Minister’s arrival. The owner of the tent city received the necessary instructions.

At the new Teerthakshetrapuram, a tent city with six tubewells, six kitchen houses, and a ten-bed hospital has been set up. There will be a rotation of about 150 doctors working at the hospital.

To evaluate the current arrangements for the major celebration, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will meet on Wednesday.

Important leaders, including BL Santosh, Sunil Bansal, Vinod Tawde, Tarun Chugh, Bhupendra Singh, and Dharm Pal, will be present at the meeting on Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Beginning on January 16, the Ram Temple in Ayodhya will undergo a seven-day “Pran Pratishtha,” or consecration rite.

The atonement ritual will be conducted on January 16 by Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the host designated by the temple trust. There will be worship of Vishnu, the ‘Dashvidh’ bath, and cow offerings on the banks of the Saryu River.

After that, a procession bringing the idol of Lord Ram in his infant form, known as Ram Lalla, is scheduled to arrive at Ayodhya on January 17. In Mangal Kalash, devotees bringing Saryu water will arrive at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple.

Formal rites, which include the Ganesh Ambika, Varun, Matrika, Brahmin Varan, and Vastu pujas, will begin on January 18.

‘Navagraha’ and a ‘havan’ (holy ceremony around the fire) will be established on January 19, after which the holy fire will be lit.

The Vaastu Shanti and ‘Annadhivas’ rites will commence on January 20th, following the washing of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple’s sanctum sanctorum with Saryu water.

The idol of Lord Rama will be ultimately placed on January 21 after being bathed in 125 urns. On the last day, January 22, the deity of Ram Lala will be consecrated in ‘Mrigashira Nakshatra’ in the afternoon following the morning puja.
