The job of evaluating answer copies was completed ahead of time, on April 1st. In 14 days, more than 3 crores of 19 lakh answer sheets were evaluated.

The UP board Secretary stated that the training module was effective this time, and the examiners had no difficulty analyzing the copies as a result of the training.

For the first time, the UP board’s answer copies were assessed even on Sundays and holidays, thanks to the deployment of 1,43,933 examiners around the state.

In addition, reserve examiners were retained. In the state, 258 evaluation centers have been established, with 1.44 lakh examiners evaluating a total of 3.19 crore answer sheets.

Just as the board exams were performed with CCTV cameras and audio recorders, a provision was provided to monitor the evaluation work as well. The evaluation job was carried out under the supervision of CCTV and a voice recorder.

For adequate evaluation monitoring, arrangements were also developed for continuous monitoring of all centers from the district and state-level control rooms.

After 30 years, the UP board has also established a record for conducting examinations without any hiccups such as paper leaks or paper cancellations. The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) monitored the exams alongside the education department.
