Business Outreach Magazine was built on the pillars of trust and reputation. Our vision for the readership has always been providing pieces of inspiration, credibility, and resilience. The 30 under 30 2026 edition brings that vision into material where success has its connection with grit and perseverance. Our pen has never backed down from expressing its full appreciation for the hard work being done in the ecosystem of entrepreneurship. And this time, it is no different. Our collaboration with Yashh Varrdhan Malu is a direct gesture towards encouraging one’s goal and wrapping it with strategic decision-making.
The editorial team recognized Yashh Varrdhan’s entrepreneurial journey, defined by clarity of vision, a sharp, execution-oriented approach, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.
With a strong foundation shaped by his upbringing in a well-established business family, Yashh developed a deep understanding of operational excellence. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Management, Business & Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship, Mumbai, completed in 2020. Following this, he gained hands-on experience in his family business. He attributes his business thinking and practical understanding to the early exposure and guidance received from his father, complemented by hands-on experience gained over the years. This blend of real-world exposure and disciplined execution defines his approach—where decisions are guided by insight, backed by experience, and focused on delivering measurable value. It has shaped his ability to build scalable, process-driven ventures.
In November 2025, he founded Yashh International Ventures™ (YIV) with the objective of delivering comprehensive turnkey solutions across architecture, design, and construction.
His exposure to the construction and design ecosystem began in 2016 during his college years, when he was partially helping his parents construct their home. The experience revealed the complexities of managing multiple vendors, maintaining timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination which are often the challenges that lead to inefficiencies in execution. Recognizing this gap, Yashh established YIV to transform a fragmented industry into an integrated, end-to-end model. Building on this insight, his vision is rooted in transforming a fragmented, vendor-driven industry into a structured, scalable, and solution-oriented ecosystem.
Interestingly, the concept of sourcing furniture from international markets such as China originated within his family, reflecting an early understanding of client preferences toward imported items from markets like China and other regions around the globe. In the formative phase of Yashh International Ventures™, he leveraged this vision and the international sourcing network introduced by his father, seamlessly integrating global procurement into YIV’s service ecosystem. At Yashh International Ventures™, our architectural expertise is reinforced by professionals certified from Politecnico di Milano—one of Italy’s most prestigious institutions.
This led to a key insight—that clients today are far more aware and discerning in their choices. When it comes to building a space, clients are strongly moving towards brands that will offer a hassle-free experience and those that can be trusted with their hard-earned money. Before founding YIV, he studied the industry closely, identifying key pain points—particularly the inefficiencies caused by multi-vendor dependencies. Like many first-generation entrepreneurial pursuits, the journey was not without skepticism. At an early stage, he was met with doubt—even from those around him—who questioned the viability of building an independent venture and openly predicted failure. Rather than deterring him, this resistance became a defining force, strengthening his conviction and reinforcing his commitment to build something of substance and long-term value. Analysis shows that the construction industry is expected to grow to about USD 2.13 trillion by 2030 with about a 12.1% CAGR. Yashh discusses with the editorial that there are ample opportunities. But to ensure scalability, building efficient business models is pivotal. Scalability is meaningless if growth in projects comes at the cost of a brand’s integrity and stability and Business Outreach believes that this aspect is where stellar leadership matters and Yashh Varrdhan has honed it over the years.
Yashh Varrdhan’s astute observation is commendable. He analyzed that the construction industry has been for a long time reliant on methods that were archaic. YIV was born out of innovation, transparency, and accountability.
YIV’s growth is driven by his leadership, backed by strong project management and a reliable ecosystem of partners.
Mr. Varrdhan touches on the key factors for sustainable growth in the construction industry. A key factor is the ability to continuously learn from client feedback. Whether it is for building a commercial space or a personal home, clients are well-informed with “aestheticism” in living space, where design shines and quality materials ensure longevity.
Mr. Yash emphasizes that technology is no longer optional—it is fast becoming the backbone of a scalable construction ecosystem. Clients today are increasingly willing to invest in superior materials, expert design, and the premiumization of their projects. He has positioned Yashh International Ventures™ at the forefront of this shift. By eliminating the complexities of dealing with multiple vendors, YIV delivers a seamless, end-to-end experience. Its business model is built on an integrated and experience-driven approach. As a result, clients place their trust in YIV and continue to return—driven by the consistency, reliability, and stress-free execution that defines the brand.
Yashh International Ventures™ is currently formulating a calculated strategy to expand its international footprint to build strong cross-border partnerships. Currently, their core services include turnkey construction solutions—which is an end-to-end execution covering architecture, civil construction, and interior design; premium interior & space design for residential, commercial, and bespoke spaces, which is practical and functional; international furniture procurement—clients are offered access to international markets such as China for a wide range of high-quality, design-forward, and cost-efficient furniture and interior artifacts, with YIV managing the entire process end-to-end—from sourcing to final delivery; and strategic export consultancy—enabling Indian businesses and individuals to expand globally with structured export strategies. Their diverse clientele include individual homeowners of bungalows and apartments, commercial clients, developers, and business owners for turnkey construction. On the other side are brands and individuals requiring international furniture procurement and curated global exports.
For the upcoming entrepreneurs, Yashh Varrdhan says, “In today’s world, it’s easy to chase visibility, but real value is created by building something meaningful and enduring. Recognition simply follows credibility.”
