He considers his leadership experience in the automation industry to be rejuvenating which took him to build Automators Industrial Projects Pvt. Ltd. (AIPPALS) in 2016. When we understood the growth mindset of Santosh, he was vocal about navigating a team of vibrant experts towards excellence. The landscape in this industry is rapidly changing and Santosh Dongerpure is passionate about offering value towards the growth of society.

Santosh Dongerpure specializes in industrial automation and under his supervision, Automators Industrial Projects performed seamlessly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company has worked with clients like BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Skoda, and Fiat. Also the team offers solutions for the process sector, which allows them to partner with clients like BASF, Grasim, and Nipro. AIPPALS have also collaborated with global production line builders, where their services enhanced the productivity of the manufacturing process.
Having successfully completed his education from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Santosh’s educational journey has been nothing short of tailoring his personal and professional growth. He still remembers the time when Mercedes released the first order to AIPPALS.
