Industry demands the right talent with the right skills. But with rising competition, at times the system might just nearly miss the right individual for the job. The market’s tough with more applicants for a single job  and it is quite a tedious task to penetrate the hiring system. But due to accessibility of data, information and knowledge, professionals have the ecosystem to upskill themselves and present their value to the company. In spite of the efforts, there could still be gaps in the recruitment process.

Business Outreach’s aims have been in unfolding industry trends and fostering a community of entrepreneurs, sharing their key insights for a unified national growth. Our editorial walks the extra mile to shape the pages with the latest news shared straight from the experience of the visionaries from the industry. Today’s feature has been a riveting piece in expressing the resilience and success story of Krishna Chaturvedi, who founded Recrivio with the goal to build a full-stack recruitment process.

For Krishna Chaturvedi, the journey of entrepreneurship is not only about growing Recrivio, but to synergize sustainable client relationships with world-class talent acquisition platforms. Krishna is a visionary who likes to think years ahead of his time and that has been an unsaid success mantra for Recrivio. One of the most pivotal aspects of Krishna Chaturvedi’s leadership skills has been the development of a SaaS-based Employer of Record (EOR) platform to enable not only global companies but also growing start-ups to seamlessly tap into India’s incredible pool of engineering talent. They want to make hiring in India not just easier, but smarter, faster, and more equitable (easier, faster, more strategic, more inclusive and more equitable)— all through a single platform.

In his distinguished career, Krishna Chaturvedi has had the opportunity to gain insights from the professional ecosystem of major tech companies like Google, Microsoft and Autodesk. With each company, Krishna understood that a great product always comes back to solving industry gaps and helping the end customers. In the hiring industry, the utmost necessity for anyone looking for a purpose-driven career is to cultivate resilience and patience.

Krishna Chaturvedi comes from a small town and deeply understands the lack of resources and mentors growing up. He has witnessed a circle where curious and highly motivated individuals have been always in the look out for some guidance. Having grown up in a small town with limited resources and mentorship, Krishna knows firsthand what it means to hustle without a safety net. That’s why Recrivio isn’t just a hiring firm — it’s a platform that champions underrepresented talent, those who might not tick every box on a résumé but carry the fire to make a difference.

This has been one of the most contributing factors of building Recrivio. He reflects back on a booth setup event, where he met an aspiring Data Analyst from a remote village and studying at a Tier-4 college. That boy applied to several internships but did not hear back from the recruiter. Although his spoken English could have required some work, his focus was razor sharp. Krishna was profoundly moved when the boy even offered to work for free in order to show his resilience. Being the kindest mentor he is, Krishna Chaturvedi advised that boy to share his career journey on LinkedIn where he should tell about the projects that he completed through self-learning from the internet. And within just a few weeks, that boy could bag a stellar internship opportunity under his belt. This is what Recrivio is aiming to achieve, some compassion and empathy towards applicants in this tough job market.

Krishna Chaturvedi shared another story when a fresh graduate reached out — deeply passionate about UI/UX design but stuck in the loop of rejection. He had an eye for detail and had already designed multiple app mockups on his own. Krishna asked him to start studying the digital experiences of the top five brands he admired — audit them, identify gaps, suggest design fixes, and send these unsolicited insights to design studios and product teams. That tiny shift in mindset — from asking for opportunities to demonstrating value — opened doors for him. Today, he’s doing what he loves. Krishna believes that CVs are just a doorway to a bright career but what lies underneath are an applicant’s vibrant attitude and a desire to bring a positive impact to the workforce. These are the small nudges Recrivio gives — practical, empathetic, and transformational.

During the early days, it was just a laptop and phone, where Krishna Chaturvedi poured his mind and soul into building Recrivio. Even today, it takes no time for Krishna to roll up his sleeves and cold call clients and train the team to empower Recrivio’s motto and effective business model. With deep sentiments, Krishna remembers the time when he followed up with the client, who went through after the 17th conversation. Each time a candidate gets their first job, it’s a personal win for Krishna Chaturvedi and a huge step towards success for Recrivio. Currently, Recrivio partnered with over 40 companies across India, the US, and Europe — including high-growth startups, mid-sized enterprises, and global tech firms — helping them scale their teams with the right talent, not just available talent. Their team has facilitated sizable placements with over 500 candidates, many of which were with candidates from unconventional or underrepresented backgrounds — and they consider those wins the most important.

Recrivio is also developing internal AI-powered screening and talent mapping tools that reduce time-to-hire and improve matchmaking accuracy. When we asked, “Krishna, what is success to you?” and he smiled and said, “Be the one who empowers billions.”
