The UAE mena-based RTS investments Group has signed a contract with the giant global hospitality company Marriott International Inc. to rename one of the hotels of Marriott group in Business Bay Hotel by Dubai. In accordance with the agreement, the hotel with 251 rooms that is situated in the Business Bay district, to be trimmed down to Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, Dubai, and connected with the Marriott brand, shall open up for guests accommodations within Q2 of 2024.

Hotel in Dubai’s Business

The hotel is working hard to ensure that guests are minimally affected by the transition and the change of a brand and it is going on with its usual operations with no disturbances. Antonio Strim, Director of Business Bay Hotel, speaking about the deal as a representative of RTS Investments, shared that the hotel will now be operated under the highly reputational Renaissance Brand, thus offering the city of Dubai with a unique hospitality experience. RTS welcomed the partnership with Marriott International and was looking forward in opening a new power place for guests through the philosophy offered by Renaissance hotel brand which only finds original or rare things during the trips.

Sandeep Walia, Chief Operating Officer for Marriott International in the Middle East region expressed his excitement over adding the Business Bay Hotel to Marriott’s portfolio within the Business Bay district. He believes the hotel will further strengthen Marriott’s presence in the area as it continues growing into a key residential and commercial hub in Dubai. Under the Renaissance brand, the hotel aims to connect guests to the neighborhood’s pulse through its focus on discovery and curated designs.

  • Business Bay Hotel is conveniently located along Dubai’s Water Canal within the Business Bay district, just minutes away from the city’s attractions and beaches. 
  • The hotel has 251 elegant rooms and suites offering views of Dubai’s skyline. It houses unique dining options, modern meeting facilities, a health club and outdoor pool.
  • After rebranding as the Renaissance Business Bay Hotel, it will join Marriott’s portfolio of over 170 Renaissance hotels worldwide. 
  • The Renaissance brand is known for its design-led hospitality focusing on local experiences through discoveries, engaging service and multi-sensory experiences for guests.
  • RTS Investments Group owns and operates a diverse portfolio of companies involved in major projects across various industries including hospitality, construction, mining etc. 
  • The hotel will continue operating seamlessly for guests during the transition period until the official rebranding is completed in Q2 2024.
