Sachin Saxena leadership coach

“There is nothing like giving up. Learn to take risks, and only then can you grow.”

The fact that visionaries have mastered the art of strategic decision-making is what has made society evolve over the years. When we see any great company that has stood the test of time and continues to grow, it speaks volumes about the brilliant methods of the leadership. Any good product does not just get built overnight but takes time, patience, and research. And this approach is honed by skill and perseverance. Something that requires discipline and consistency.

The company vision and the product value must align to generate impact, where the operational ecosystem is set by the leadership. It is crucial that a company’s leadership team understands the market gap, which is where a leadership coach comes in very beneficially for generating maximum productivity in the long term.

Sachin Saxena’s leadership behind Council for Coaching and Consulting:

Sachin Saxena built the Council for Coaching and Consulting to fill the gap in the corporate industry and evolve organizations into stellar high-performance teams. Mr. Saxena started his career in the supply chain industry. Very early on, he noticed a gap in the industry regarding the factories that were set up by the suppliers and concerns regarding the quality. Sachin also identified that there were major inconsistencies when it came to deliveries. Upon researching more on the matter and talking to more stakeholders in the industry, Sachin Saxena found out that a lack of resources was causing a hindrance in the growth of the supply chain. One of the major challenges was hiring people with the right skill set to perform the job or not being able to find talent with the relevant industry experience. In order to keep operational costs low, the industry was also not able to access support.

Sachin Saxena: “In order to support this sector, I decided to spend time with them and help them improve their operations to the desired level, which is meeting the global standards. This required a lot of coaching for the leadership team and hence made me a leadership coach and a team coach.”

Analyzing Sachin’s perseverance behind success:

Sachin is very particular about his innovative methods and shares with Business Outreach Magazine that coaching is equally important for the company employees as it is for the leadership and management teams. This method helps in keeping the entire organization aligned, believing together in the company vision towards growth. It is no surprise that Viksit Bharat 2047 is envisioned to evolve India into a global hub for manufacturing, innovation, and technology development. Amidst this goal, the Indian supply chain industry opens up ample opportunities for evolving the country into a global sourcing hub.

While understanding the academic achievements of Sachin Saxena, we can analyze Sachin’s curiosity towards CPD (continuous professional development). He completed a B.Tech degree in mechanical engineering from IIT-BHU and management from IIMA. Furthermore, Sachin is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified TPM auditor, an expert consultant from JIPM, and a certified leadership coach and team coach.  When we asked Sachin to tell us more about his Council for Coaching and Consulting, he said that coaching is very different from mentoring and advising.

Sachin Saxena: “Most of the organizations expect ready-made solutions from consultants, and coaching helps in making these organizations look into their own teams to get the desired results. We see that this has been a successful way in which MNCs have gotten the best from their people, and the employees in these organizations are able to get the best from their teams.”

Sachin further adds that his methods also apply to SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and Indian conglomerates, which are less exposed to the benefits of strategic leadership coaching. The Council for Coaching and Consulting aims to upskill existing employees in an organization for maximum productivity, which can be more advantageous than looking for new hires.

Key editorial takeaways from Sachin Saxena:

The editorial was enlightened with data-driven facts shared by Sachin Saxena regarding some of the major challenges in the coaching sector. He shared that most leaders and CXOs are detailed observers of the market. They usually point towards their target market when asked for their first constructive opinion on any hurdle. Sachin shares that such perspectives oftentimes become detrimental to company growth, as it requires more informed observation regarding finding the actual gap in the operational system. Most importantly, Sachin Saxena is optimistic about India’s growth and rooting for our country to become one of the major global centers of manufacturing and contribute to the GDP (gross domestic product).
