Management cites operating leverage

“We have begun FY27 with strong momentum across the business,” said Managing Director Vijay R. Sanghavi.

“Revenue from operations grew 18.9% YoY to ₹314.64 crore, well ahead of the pace we set through FY26, and this growth translated efficiently to the bottom line: EBITDA rose 31.7% YoY to ₹35.98 crore and PAT grew 22% YoY to ₹18.24 crore, with PAT margin improving to 5.80%. This combination of double-digit revenue growth and faster earnings growth reflects the operating leverage inherent in our business and the discipline with which our teams have executed through the quarter.”

On the company’s diversification push, Sanghavi added: “Looking ahead, our Copper Clad Laminate project is a natural extension of this momentum. Now roughly 60% complete and on track for commercial production in November 2026, it positions us to capture a large and underserved domestic market through import substitution, and we expect it to be a meaningful contributor to our growth and profitability in the years ahead.”

Ratings upgrade, export award and rights issue in the pipeline

Alongside the results, Ratnaveer flagged a string of operational milestones for the quarter: a Star Performer – Large Enterprise Award at the 42nd EEPC India Export Awards; a ratings upgrade from Infomerics, with the long-term rating raised to IVR A- (Stable) and the short-term rating to IVR A2+, alongside enhanced bank facilities of ₹388.47 crore; and in-principle approvals from the NSE and BSE for a proposed rights issue of up to ₹330 crore.

The ₹472.34-crore Copper Clad Laminate project has also received in-principle approval under the Gujarat Electronics Policy, with key machinery shipments expected to arrive shortly.
