For the wind park, Envision Energy will deliver 106 units of its cutting-edge EN156/3.3 wind turbine generators. In projects in China and Vietnam, these turbines have already shown to be dependable and effective.

“Envision Energy, a global leader in renewable energy solutions has won an order from Serentica Renewables – a decarbonization platform that seeks to accelerate the energy transition for energy-intensive industries, for the supply and commissioning of wind turbine generators for the 350 MW wind park coming up in Maharashtra,” the company said in a press release.

A supplier of renewable energy solutions, Envision Energy, said on Monday that Serentica Renewables had placed an order with it for the supply and commissioning of 350 MW worth of wind turbines.

Envision Energy will provide 106 units of its cutting-edge EN156/3.3 wind turbine generators for the wind park in accordance with the conditions of the deal. These turbines have been particularly created to maximize performance in India’s particular wind conditions. They have previously shown their dependability and efficiency on projects in China and Vietnam.

The turbines, which have a rotor diameter of 156 metres, a hub height of 140 metres, and a rated capacity of 3.3 MW, are anticipated to produce the most electricity possible.

The 350MW wind park is an essential component of Serentica’s 4000MW total renewable energy capacity, which will help offer clean energy to large-scale, challenging-to-reduce industrial clients.

The statement said, “The project, which is anticipated to be completed by December 2024, would generate 1.25 billion clean energy units annually and eliminate 1.06 million tonnes of CO2 emissions, considerably advancing India’s decarbonization targets.

Envision Wind Power Technologies India’s CEO, RPV Prasad, expressed his joy at working with Serentica Renewables on this prestigious project. According to Prasad, the hubs and nacelles of the wind turbines would be built in Pune, while the blades will either be made in Bengaluru or Trichy. The state’s renewable energy sector would benefit since the towers will be purchased from regional manufacturers located in Maharashtra.
