Nitin Srivastava is the Senior Manager and CSR Lead at HCLTech France. Due to his impeccable contribution towards CSR efforts, he has earned the Bharat Pratibha Sammaan Award 2025 from Union Minister Shri Anurag Thakur at the Prime Minister Museum and Library Auditorium, Teen Murti Marg, New Delhi and the distinguished Aryabhata International Award. Nitin’s mind is the culmination of a holistic drive towards clubbing cybersecurity expertise with humanitarian efforts. There is an interesting story behind his walk towards serving society, in spite of his taxing schedule in the tech industry. About a decade ago, he was attending an HCL Grant event in Noida, surrounded by a large crowd, when he saw Mr. Shiv Nadar. To his surprise, Mr. Nadar looked directly at Nitin, waved, and then walked over, placing his hand gently on his shoulder. Nitin was more than just awestruck seeing gratitude and respect coming from the billionaire founder of HCL Technologies. And it was more than enough to spark within Nitin Srivastava a will to dive into humanitarian efforts. Back in COVID-19, Nitin Srivastava and his team helped more than 25 stranded Indians at the Indian embassy in France. Nitin Srivastava is a visitor at French children’s hospitals to keep inspiring and emotionally supporting young minds.
From a career perspective, Nitin Srivastava started as an IT Manager. Over the years, his skills evolved into Cybersecurity, where he has helped strengthen digital corporate infrastructures. At present, he is an active advocate of HCLTech. Nitin shares that whether he is attending conferences or hours before boarding a flight, he does not hesitate to spread the vision and mission statement of HCLTech. As for our analysis, it is something that Nitin Srivastava likes about intertwining global leadership, technical prowess and humanitarian efforts. As the CSR Lead for France and a Supercharged Ambassador, Nitin Srivastava has adapted to diverse cultural bandwidths.
