Dr. Krishna Kodey and Ms. Swatika Parmar

We live not just for ourselves but also for the happiness of others. The life of a human should be surrounded by their family, close ones, or anyone who wishes them the best. It should be the perfect culmination of joy and peace that enriches the quality of life rather than materialistic desires. The editorial has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, which makes the Business Outreach community diverse, inclusive, and compassionate. Our latest cover page comes as the conjunction of emotion and artificial intelligence clubbed into a top-tier product named iAVATARS. And we dive deep into its unique essence and how it will grace the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India and the globe.

Dr. Krishna Kodey is a Sr. Drug Safety Specialist and the Founder of iAVATARS, a registered company in Michigan, USA. There have been several vivid memories of Dr. Krishna that compelled him to build iAVATARS. One of them has always been cherishing and preserving the emotions and voices of loved ones. Another strong pillar for iAVATARS has been Ms. Swatika Parmar, who has been a top scorer in academics since her childhood. Upon understanding about the exclusiveness of iAVATARS, she shared her story of missing her late grandmother, whom she loved so dearly.

The editorial understands the challenging situation of loneliness, especially at an old age, and it could be a talking digital avatar with the voice of your late spouse, a child living far away for a career, or an old friend who cheers one up. Dr. Krishna Kodey is a compassionate entrepreneur who noticed this industry age and strategized the benefits of artificial intelligence into making iAVATARS. He himself longed for his grandparents’ presence and their voice when he was just 12 years old.

While working at a rehabilitation company in Canada, Dr. Krishna Kodey had multiple conversations with his patients, who are old and suffering from loneliness. People in senior care living miss their loved ones’ presence and voices, such as their children and grandchildren, and iAVATARS is coming at this critical juncture as one of the first of its kind products on our entire planet. Dr. Kodey discusses with the editor the possibilities with artificial intelligence.

iAVATAR’s design architecture is heavily influenced within the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Dr. Krishna says, “iA is the creation of machines that mimic human intelligence, using algorithms and data to learn, reason, and solve problems.” The avatar-installed product does a lot of jobs, like greeting users, reminding them to take their medications, tracking their oxygen levels, and preserving memories for daily reassurance, bringing a familiar, comforting face and voice to everyday care. Which family/person doesn’t miss their loved ones? Every one of us, right? So this device is for everybody, not only for a group or a section of the audience. But this device is especially beneficial for senior citizens living alone or in retirement care and for people with dementia.

When it comes to education, Dr. Krishna Kodey’s knowledge base is diverse. He did his Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, India, and PG in Diet and Nutrition from Oxford Health College, London, UK. Dr. Krishna

Kodey also completed a PG Diploma in Clinical Research from Syncorp Institutions.

iAVATARS is more than just an innovative and emotional gesture but a commitment of Dr. Krishna Kodey, Ms. Swatika Parmar, and Mr. Anshu Pandey towards fostering happiness within families. While studying the new CEO of iAVATARS, Ms. Swatika Parmar comes across as a strategic decision-maker with over a decade of industry experience. By the time we were taking this interview from the founder, Dr. Krishna, he mentioned that he was awarded the “Best AI Healthcare Invention Integrated with Emotional Intelligence” from Oxford University, London, UK, in Jan 2026, receiving this great award from the Honorable Oxford Mayor, and also got an award as the best AI healthcare startup at the Telangana Business Tycoon Awards presented by Indian film actress Bhumika Chawla in Jan 2026, the “Best Foreign Entrepreneur Startup Award” for Detroit, Michigan, for the year 2024, and the “Best AI Healthcare Tech Industry Award” from Bollywood actress Amrita Rao in December 2025.

iAVATAR can be the tone of a family member in the alarm or a sweet reminder to take the medicine, and the possibilities are vast. To put it straight, the Michigan-based startup in the USA is set to launch its first-ever Human Avatar & Voice Medication Reminder powered by Artificial Intelligence into the world. It is designed to act as a bridge between families and their loved ones, integrating artificial intelligence with emotional intelligence to turn reminders into reassuring presences in digital form. At the center of this innovation stands the interactive digital avatar powered by iSoul 1.0, the proprietary software driving its first-generation devices.

The journey of iAVATARS started way back in 2014, when Dr. Krishna Kodey started iHumans LLC. The early development began with experiments in voice cloning using a Raspberry Pi GPU, an effort determined to test its limits. Although the first attempt using the voice of a famous personality was unsuccessful, the challenges only further fueled the desire. By 2020, collaborating with various VFX artists and hardware professionals in Chicago, United States, brought digital avatars closer to life. iAVATARS is an innovative human avatar & voice reminder; users can talk to the digital avatar of the person they love and miss the most, experiencing a lifelike connection (with some limitations in its first version). Through advanced digital avatars & voice cloning, the avatar delivers personalized reminders in the authentic voice of a chosen loved one, making reminders feel warm and familiar.

Most importantly. iAVATARS can store personal audio memories and recollections while portraying emotional responsiveness. Dr. Krishna Kodey cannot thank his team enough. That includes Bhargava Manusani, co-founder & director: “I lost my uncle, who was my father’s brother, during the COVID time, and he is very close to his heart, and as soon as he heard about this project, he connected to this core concept.”
