It activated 34 roadside assistance cars and 46 tow trucks from nearby cities to ensure prompt response; it increased the inventory of spare parts to guarantee availability; and it worked with insurance companies to speed up the processing of claims.

Mahindra & Mahindra has offered financial help through exclusive discounts, free roadside assistance, free inspections and damage assessments, and other services to its clients in the affected areas.

Audi has announced free 24-hour roadside assistance in response to the severe flooding in Chennai brought on by Cyclone Michaung.

“We are doing everything we can to help our customers in Chennai, especially given the extraordinary difficulties the city is facing,” stated Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon.
