Cancellations & Refund Policy
Kindly note that we are service providers and not in a position to allow for any cancellations of your order once the service has already been rendered or is in the process of being rendered. Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Due to the proprietary nature of our consultation and content development business, all proposals and/or contracts that initiate projects are non-refundable. They may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty, which provides the client with safety & assurance that the payment won’t be wasted. All payments are due as specified, regardless of other issues.
In rare cases where the client is unhappy with the quality of services rendered because of complete failure or part shortfall in the promised deliverable, we may issue a refund of the order amount on a pro-rata basis on the discretion of our management who reserves the right to take a final decision on such matters.
