Investors who applied for Ardee Industries’ public issue are now waiting for the Ardee Industries IPO allotment, which is expected to be finalised on August 10, 2026. The book-built offer closed on August 7 after receiving bids for 133.66 times the shares available, according to the figures reported by Zee Business.
Successful applicants should receive shares in their demat accounts, while money blocked for unsuccessful bids will be released. Applicants will be able to check their Ardee Industries IPO status through KFin Technologies, the NSE or the BSE once the basis of allotment becomes available.
Key Dates Investors Should Track
The proposed schedule leaves little time between allotment and trading, guiding applicants.
| IPO Event | Expected Date |
| Bidding opened | August 5, 2026 |
| Bidding closed | August 7, 2026 |
| Basis of allotment | August 10, 2026 |
| Refunds and demat credit | August 11, 2026 |
| Listing on NSE and BSE | August 12, 2026 |
The Ardee Industries IPO allotment will decide which applicants receive shares after the oversubscription. A bid cannot guarantee allocation when demand exceeds the quota.
Subscription Demand Rose Sharply
Demand was broad, and the offer closed 133.66 times subscribed. Non-institutional investors led the book, with especially strong institutional demand as well.
| Investor Category | Final Subscription |
| Qualified institutional buyers | 197.77 times |
| Non-institutional investors | 255.24 times |
| Retail individual investors | 45.71 times |
| Overall issue | 133.66 times |
These figures show bidding demand, not the listing price or future returns. Retail applicants should trust the official Ardee Industries IPO status, not circulating screenshots.

What the ₹425.87 Crore Offer Contains
The offer included a fresh issue of roughly 6.04 crore shares worth ₹320 crore and an OFS of about 2 crore shares worth ₹105.87 crore, totalling ₹425.87 crore at ₹53.
The price band was ₹50–₹53, with 281 shares in one lot and a ₹14,893 minimum retail application at the top price. Pantomath served as lead manager, and KFin as registrar.
The prospectus earmarks ₹220 crore of fresh proceeds for working capital and ₹20 crore for debt repayment or prepayment, with the balance for general corporate purposes. OFS proceeds go to selling shareholders after applicable offer expenses.
What The Company Does
Founded in 1993, Ardee Industries recycles end-of-life batteries and non-ferrous scrap into lead alloys used by automotive, e-mobility and chemical businesses.
Chairman and Managing Director Sandeep Aggarwal told Business Today that Ardee procures “any type of lead scrap” at its Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, facility and processes it into pure lead and alloys for industrial customers.
His comment describes the business, not prospective listing performance. Commodity prices, customer concentration, scrap availability and demand from battery-related industries remain material operating risks.
What To Expect Next
The next update is the Ardee Industries IPO allotment on August 10. Successful bidders should watch for demat credits; others should monitor the release of blocked funds closely.
Trading is tentatively set for August 12 on NSE and BSE. The date remains proposed until confirmed by the exchanges.
After listing, attention will shift from demand to financial performance, proceeds deployment and execution. The Ardee Industries IPO allotment is only an initial result; longer-term returns depend on growth, debt, margins and recycled-lead risks.
