All these started back in the day when Nischith Nipani used to savour the dishes cooked at his grandparents’ home. He shares that it cannot be put into words how this memory actually led itself to being imprinted forever but Nischith finds comfort recollecting the vibe of it. Under the spectrum of Prems Grama Bhojanam and the distinguished leadership of Nischith Prem Nipani, Prems Graama Bhojanam highly focuses on healthy, gluten-free and preservative-free food. Their specialty in millet recipes, inspired by Nischith’s father’s home recipes, garnered a tremendous level of appreciation from customers. Prems Graama Bhojanam has been in business since 2014 and they have grown mostly due to word-of-mouth marketing. But with the growing digital economy, Nischith has also strategized to promote the brand on social media. 

Nischith has a diverse educational experience starting from a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College, Chennai. He also took a course in Animation and VFX from Toonz Academy. Furthermore, he completed a six-month crash course in Hotel Management and Finance Management at Savera Hotel, Chennai. Here, Nischith learned extensively on Hotel Operations, Business Analysis and Financial Management. Nischith believes that healthy living and eating is not a luxury but a need of the hour.

His commitment to the industry led him to get awards like Zomato’s Top-Voted Choice for Regional Favorites (2015), Times Food and Night Life Awards (2018, 2025), Restaurant Awards (2022, 2024), Food Connoisseurs India Awards (2023) and NDTV Food Awards (2025). For Nischith, sustaining a business in the food sector is all about maintaining top-tier quality and wholesome experience.
