Life is not a straight road and the one traveling through it often faces questions about their choices and expectations. So are businesses, where every product release requires expert strategies and careful supervision. It is through self-belief, calculated risks and calm demeanor that entrepreneurs get to dictate their own success story. As an editorial of one of the most popular business magazines in India and the UAE, Business Outreach truly understands the magnitude of business decisions required from entrepreneurs to scale their business. Because their pivotal move makes or breaks a brand. Interestingly, the meaning of life cannot be put to words, where something to build takes years, while it takes a moment’s notice to break that same empire.

Mir Mushtaq Ali is a serial entrepreneur who comes from years of industry experience, before getting his toe to dip in the ecosystem of entrepreneurship. But life was not just handed to him on a silver platter. He had to earn it by learning from his experiences, taking notes, every step along the way. Mir Mushtaq Ali is a visionary who has built a global business portfolio that operates in sectors like IT, real estate, staffing and international consulting. While discussing his piece with us, he said that if he can do it, anyone can. They just need to accept access situations rationally, learn from failures and always be optimistic of eyeing obstacles as an opportunity. Because obstacles are transparent truths that can easily demotivate a person. Success is a camouflaged asset that is subtle and demands dedication. And Mir Mushtaq Ali remained dedicated to the very core.
The broad trajectory of Mir Mushtaq Ali’s career started from humble beginnings working at major companies like Bank of America, Genpact, HSBC and Deloitte. Here, he learned the ins and outs of finance, operations and customer needs. While investing his professional life into the corporate sector, he got highly inspired by previous bosses, who made it big in the IT sector. Although the early days of Mushtaq’s career were tough, a desire to create something of his own and impart value to society kept him going. In 2018, with a meagre fund of Rs. 2 lakh, Mir Mushtaq Ali founded Key Cube Technologies, a company providing IT solutions, global consulting and software development.
Key Cube is Mir Mushtaq Ali’s prized possession or can be considered as his flagship company. Recently, he launched 24/7 Talent Hire, a staffing and manpower supply business across the US, the Middle East and India. Additionally, Mushtaq Ali also owns other consulting companies, namely Quebec Technologies Consulting and Noble IT Consulting which are looking forward to expanding in regions like Dubai and Europe, thus integrating itself into global markets. Mushtaq shares that he cannot stress enough on the fact that entrepreneurship requires accountability and adaptation. A company grows when its leader guides their team towards working for a unified company vision.

Looking back, Mir Mushtaq Ali reflects on the setbacks that shaped him with the right mindset. He shares with a touch of sentiment that his venture, Abrar Fashion Fabrics, incurred a heavy loss of around Rs. 15 lakh, which put him under financial pressure. However, he was able to manage the losses and continue because of his flagship business, Key Cube. He was gracious about the situation and understood that sometimes it is important to take it easy on oneself.
Mushtaq left all those experiences behind and scaled his diverse portfolio towards entrepreneurial masterpieces. For Mushtaq, strategies to attract new customers are rather simple. He believes in providing quality services & solutions to his clients. A business grows with strategic partnerships with suppliers & vendors and Mushtaq’s success is a testament to that. There was a time when Mushtaq even borrowed about Rs. 4 lakh from his relatives to search for employment in Saudi Arabia in 2010. While his motive was noble, he faced roadblocks in that situation. But knowing Mushtaq as the stellar personality he is, he paid back the money in spite of the fact that it took four years of incredible hard work and perseverance. Over the years, Mushtaq has set up several successful ventures that reach international markets. He understood that global expansion comes with a cultural shift and Mushtaq had to figure out intricate details on logistics, international regulations, resource allocation and countless strategic planning. With rising geopolitical fluctuations, markets were tricky but Mushtaq’s astute observation handled things gloriously. For tomorrow, Mir Mushtaq Ali’s two cents on entrepreneurship is a blueprint of inspiration for upcoming entrepreneurs. He says, “Never let setbacks define you.
