Mumbai, July 2025, Quick fashion delivery startup KNOT has raised $3 million in its pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by Kae Capital and also included participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and founders of popular fashion brands such as SNITCH, The Souled Store, and Bonkers Corner.

The current round also saw the participation of existing investors WEH Ventures, All In Capital, and Kumar Saurabh (founder of Aukera Jewellery), who continue to show faith in the company and its vision.

KNOT will deploy the new capital to build its product, scale into further cities beyond Mumbai, and build a stronger partnership with fashion brands. KNOT wants to convert young customers to long-term customers by creating a fast, fun, and easy shopping experience, as speed and style are increasingly valuable.

KNOT was established in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal who are aiming to change the way customers shop for clothes online. We offer a 60-minute delivery and a Try ‘n Buy functionality that allows customers in Mumbai to try clothes at home and return them immediately if they do not like the fit or style.

The creation of KNOT originated after the founders shut down their previous startup, an anonymous social app called Slick. During the process of developing that platform, they noticed a niche in the fashion industry -especially for Gen Z and millennials- who would prefer a faster delivery and an improved online shopping experience; thus, KNOT was built around speed, convenience, and the discovery of fashion.

To this point, KNOT has onboarded more than 70 fashion brands, fulfilling a huge number of orders monthly. KNOT is dedicated to providing an enriching interactive shopping experience through their AI-powered virtual try-ons and at-home trials, instant returns, and influencer-driven interactive content.

The quick fashion delivery space is rapidly expanding in India. Last month, startup ZILO secured $4.5 million in a seed round from Info Edge Ventures and Chiratae Ventures. Another company, Slikk, announced it had raised $10 million to scale its operations and deliver quick fashion to consumers. Many other companies like Myntra have also stepped into this fast delivery space—they launched their same-day delivery service in December 2024 and have been expanding it to other cities since.

With the new funding, KNOT is ready to begin scaling the service across markets outside Mumbai and to continue its mission of delivering fashion better, faster, and more timely.

With the rise of instant shopping demand, KNOT is also looking to become the foremost choice for young Indian consumers for speed and style in their purchase of fashion.
